**PROOFING**
You will receive a LOW RESOLUTION PROOF within 24 - 48 hours to the email attached to your ETSY Account. If for some reason, you do not receive it within that time, please check your SPAM/Junk Folder!
It is very important that you review your proofs carefully - so please consider things such as spelling, dates, days, addresses, spaces, graphics, grammar, punctuation etc. I must receive your approval on the proofs in order for production to begin. Any changes requested after your received approval may incur additional charges.

**PRODUCTION TIME**
Depending on the quantity you order, and any orders ahead of you, production times may vary. Production times begin only after full payment is received and you have approved your proofs.
