**{PURCHASE INCLUDES}**
Printed option:
You choose the size during checkout. 8x10 inch version will be shipped flat and is easy for you to frame.
16x20 inch option will be rolled and shipped in a tube and also easy for you to frame for the event.
If you choose the digital file option please specify size document in the checkout notes.
Digital file is sent as a PDF or JPEG sized to your choose. You can choose to have it printed at any local printing shop.
Then simply frame or mount the print on foam board and display at your event.

**{WHEN ORDERING}**
All you have to do is specify the color you would like at checkout and send me a list of your guests at the table you would like them to be at (NOTE TO SELLER section at checkout) and I will create the rest.

**{PROOF}**
I will send you a proof for approval of all spelling before sending you the high resoltuion file.

**{TIMING}**
I can have your file ready in as little as 1-2 days if the approval process is fast but please make sure you check the timing needed with your local print shop to ensure you have it in time for your event.
